Terms of Service

These terms apply when you register for a GTS programme or sign in to this site.

Accepting these terms

By registering for a GTS programme or signing in to this site, you agree to these terms. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to them on your behalf.

Who can register

Anyone with a Google account can open an account. Registration is free, and there is no application, approval or waiting list. You must use your own Google account, and you must not register on someone else's behalf or share your account. Each email address can hold exactly one account.

One place per programme

You can hold one place on each programme. Registering again for a programme you are already on will not create a second place, and it will not affect the one you have.

Changes to programmes

We may change the content, timing or structure of a programme. Where a material change affects you, we will tell you through the contact details you gave us.

Community conduct

Our WhatsApp and community spaces are for students learning together. Be respectful. Harassment, abuse, hate speech, spam and attempts to impersonate another student are not tolerated and may lead to your place being paused or withdrawn.

Your work and what you share

You keep ownership of the work you create. By posting it in our community spaces or sessions you give GTS permission to display it as part of the programme. Please do not share other people's work or private material as your own.

Availability

We work hard to keep the site and our sessions running, but we do not guarantee that any part of the service will be available at all times. Sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled, and we will tell you as early as we reasonably can.

Ending your registration

You can stop using the site at any time and ask us to remove your information. We may withdraw a place where a registration is not genuinely yours, where the community rules above are broken, or where we are asked to by a parent or guardian. Registering for a programme is not a guarantee of a place, and a programme may close if it is not viable.

Liability

The programme is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, GTS is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or from anything published in community spaces by students.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria, and the courts of Nigeria have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Questions about these terms can go through our contact page.
